Elouise Suoja started 350 Degrees Bakery out of her home in White Bear Lake, Minnesota in 2019. After graduating from Colorado Mesa University with a degree in baking and pastries in 2023, she came back to Minnesota to continue to grow her business. In her free time she enjoys crafting anything and everything, traveling the world, and playing with her many pets.
